What is Supplyve?

Supplyve helps small grocers, convenience stores, and retailers see what's selling. Stay remotely up-to-date on inventory with expiration and low stock notifications, and easily manage your supplier costs. Reduce dead stock and make sure every product is a best-seller with access to in-store and local product trends. No hardware required.

Will I be charged extra for each invoice?

Supplyve offers a variety of services, including:
Digitizing paper invoices
Checking inventory
Updating unit prices
Making Purchase Orders.

Is my data secure with Supplyve?

Yes, Supplyve prioritizes data security. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data security and privacy. For more information, read the Supplyve Terms of Service

How do I create an account?

To create an account, sign up for the free demo by filling in the required details and following the instructions on the page.

How do I log in to my Supplyve account?

You can log into your Supplyve account through the Supplyve online dashboard or through the Supplyve App, avaliable on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link at the bottom of the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

What payment methods does Supplyve accept?

Supplyve accepts all debit cards and all major credit cards.

How do I add a Supplier?

Website:
To add a supplier from the web, start at the Supplyve dashboard.
On the left hand side of the screen, click ‘Suppliers’.
Click the blue button at the top of the screen labeled ‘add a supplier.’
Search for the supplier you want to add and click their name in the drop down menu.
The supplier is then added to your list of suppliers in alphabetical order

Mobile:
To add a supplier from mobile, start from the homepage of the Supplyve app.
Tap the green ‘add supplier’ button.Search for the supplier and tap on it.
Tap ‘Add to my suppliers’

How do I place a purchase order with a supplier?

Website:

  • To place a purchase order on the web, start from the Supplyve dashboard. On the left hand side of the screen you'll see a list of options. Click the one that says ‘Suppliers.’
  • Click the supplier you want to order from.
  • You can then add items to your cart by clicking the blue ‘add to cart’ button under each item.
  • Fill out the number of units and cost per box.
  • On the top right of your screen, click the cart icon. This will take you to your cart.
  • To send the purchase order and download the CSV file, click the green ‘send’ button, and confirm it.
  • The file will then automatically download to your computer.

Mobile:

  • To place a purchase order on mobile, start from the homepage of the Supplyve app.
  • Tap on the supplier you want to order from.
  • Tap on the green ‘plus’ buttons to add items to your cart.
  • Tap the green cart popup at the bottom of your screen. This opens up your cart.
  • Press the green ‘send order’ button.
  • Fill out the supplier information.
  • Tap ‘confirm and send.’ This will automatically allow you to send your purchase order through whatsapp or email.
  • For whatsapp, type in the supplier's contact information at the top of your screen and tap send.
  • For email, the email is automatically filled out, so tap send.
How can I manage my suppliers?

You can manage your suppliers in the ‘Suppliers’ category of the Supplyve dashboard.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order, contact us at Contact@supplyve.com.

How do I upload invoices on web?
  • To upload invoices on the web, start at the Supplyve dashboard.
  • In the top right corner, click the blue, ‘Upload Invoice’ button.
  • Upload a PDF of your invoice.
  • Fill out the required information, then click upload.
How do I scan paper invoices?
  • To scan an invoice, start from the homepage of the Supplyve mobile app.
  • Tap on the Supplier you have an invoice from.
  • On the middle of the right hand side of your screen, tap ‘Scan now.’
  • This will open your camera to take a picture of the invoice.
  • Once the invoice is clear in the frame of the photo, tap the camera icon to take a picture.
  • Tap next and fill out the required information.Tap ‘Submit all pages.’
What if I have a problem scanning my invoices?
If you have a problem scanning invoices, here are some tips:
  • Make sure the invoice fills the frame of the photo
  • Lay the invoice flat with your phone’s camera directly above it
  • Ensure a well-lit area

How do I check my inventory?

To check your inventory, click ‘Inventory’ on the left hand side of the Supplyve dashboard.

How do I update my unit pricing?
  • To update your unit pricing, start at the Supplyve dashboard.
  • On the left hand side of the screen, click ‘Inventory.’
  • Any items that need updating will appear in the section labeled, ‘Needs Updating.’
What if I have a problem with my unit pricing?

If you have a problem changing the price of a unit, reload the page and try again.
